减压塔腐蚀状况及防腐蚀对策

摘    要:从环烷酸的腐蚀机理、影响因素及减压塔实际运行情况等方面进行了分析,认为减压塔多次改造后塔径一直未变导致油气流速过高、油气处于多项流态和酸值逐年升高等因素导致减压塔发生环烷酸腐蚀。针对生产实际情况提出了塔内壁贴板、降低加工量、运行监测和择机更换新塔等相应的防腐措施。

Abstract:The corrosion in vacuum distillation tower was analyzed in respect of corrosion mechanisms of naphthenic acid, impact factors and tower operating conditions. It was concluded that the naphthenic acid corrosion was caused by higher velocity of oil vapor due to smaller vacuum tower diameter, multi - phase flow and increasing TAN in crude oil processed. Installation of plate on the internal wall of the tower, reduction of processing capacity, monitoring of unit operation and replacement of the tower at a proper time are recommended to protect the corrosion.
