摘    要:大型立式圆筒形钢制储罐及诸多设备可能由于软弱地基或天然地质不良造成基础的不均匀沉降,而导致设备本身的倾斜甚至破坏,需要采取纠偏措施消除安全隐患。某2万m3立式圆筒形浮顶油罐工程施工后罐体倾斜,采取掏土法进行纠偏,达到预期效果。文章详细介绍了掏土法纠偏的具体实施过程。该方法施工简便、安全可靠、费用低,适用于软土地基。

Abstract:Uneven foundation settlement of vertical cylindrical steel storage tanks and many other facilities may happen due to weak foundation or bad natural geological condition,which induces equipment tilt even destruction.A 20 000 m3 vertical cylindrical floating roof tank was becoming tilted after its construction finished,so the earth undercutting method was applied to correct its uneven foundation,and the expected effect was obtained.The practical implementation of the tank foundation correction is described.Th...
