加油站安全评价技术研究

摘    要:加油站属于事故高发区域,存在危险因素较多,单一的安全评价方法不能全面、准确地反映加油站的危险程度。为了使评价结果更具体、切实可行,分析、归纳了目前加油站常用的安全评价方法。通过对某一加油站运用模糊综合评价法和道化学火灾爆炸危险指数评价法的评价,对比分析了相应的评价结果,总结了两种评价方法之间的差异,提出将这两种方法相结合的评价思路,使之互相补充,从不同侧面反映出危险程度,可以提高评价结果的可靠性、准确性,极大限度降低、转移、消除加油站的危险因素,为加油站安全作业提供保障。

Abstract:Gas station is a high accident frequency region where there are a lot of risk factors.Hence,single safety assessment method cannot reflect the criticality of the gas station completely and accurately.In order to make the safety assessment results more specific and feasible,this paper analyzes and summarizes the present commonly used safety evaluation methods at the gas station.A certain gas station is evaluated by fuzzy integrative evaluate method and fire hazard and explosion danger index evaluation method...
