直流导叶式旋风分离器内气相流动的数值模拟

摘    要:利用Fluent软件对直流导叶式旋风分离器内气相流场进行了数值模拟研究.结果表明,在分离空间内,气流流动比较稳定,切向速度呈兰金组合涡分布;在排尘环隙内出现气流分层,一部分气流携带颗粒进入灰斗,而另一部分气流在此处进行二次流动;在排气管内,在变径的开始区域存在二次涡流,而在后边段流动比较稳定.

Abstract:With the help of Fluent software,the flow filed in uniflow guide vanes tube was investigated with numerical simulation.The numerical result indicated that: in the separate zone,the air flow stability in the separate zone,the tangential velocity is like Rankine vortex,the air separate in the ring-gap in two parts,one part flow in the ash hooper with the dust,and the second part flow in the secondary backset,in the vent-pipe,due to the change of diameter,there are secondary backset in the first part,and the f...
