| 摘 要： | 对石油化工企业油品储罐因冒罐、雷击、静电、硫化亚铁自燃、用火施工作业和与生产运行装置协调不当等引发的六类典型火灾爆炸事故案例进行了风险分析,提出了有效的防范措施,防止事故发生。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a risk analysis on the cases of six typical fire and explosion hazards from oil storage tank of petrochemical enterprises.These hazards are caused by oil tank overfill,lightning strike,static electricity,self-ignition of ferrous sulfide,construction operation with fire and improper coordination of the production operation devices.The paper brings forward effective preventive measures to avoid accident occurrence. |
