| 摘 要： | 文章从分析国家相关政策和设计单位自身优势入手,说明了设计单位向总承包工程公司转型的可操作性;剖析了我国工程相关企业在总承包方面存在的不足,从市场驱动和企业发展的角度指出了在工程总承包中进行合作的必要性。分别从项目、工程公司和集团公司层面上,有针对性地提出并结合实践全面解析了设计主导中的交叉合作、建立体系时的借鉴合作、项目运行中的联盟合作、投资带动的集团合作等综合的合作模式,对于进行工程公司改造的企业具有一定的参考价值。
