小口径旧管道内腐蚀状况及修复质量检测技术

针对小口径旧管道内腐蚀损坏程度及修复后的质量状况,研究开发了一种长距离小口径管道内部视频检测车,通过视频观察和录象、里程记忆等系统的精密集成,实现了小口径管道长距离内壁表面状况检测。该技术一是可对旧管道的内腐蚀状况的检查和判定,为管道修复的工艺和方法提供依据;二是可对大修后内衬质量进行检测评价,重点是对修复质量的评价。

Internal Corrosion of Small-diameter Old Pipelines and Repair Quality Detection Technologies

Based upon the corrosion damages and repair quality of small-diameter old pipelines,an automatic video detection car has been developed for internal detection of long-distance small-diameter pipelines,in which,the video observation,video taking and mileage recording are highly integrated for the testing and detection of surface conditions of internal wall of long-distance small-diameter pipelines.This technology detects the internal corrosion conditions of old pipelines to provides basis for the selection of appropriate repair process and methods before the repair and test and evaluate the repair quality after the repair.
