| 摘 要： | 结合惠州大亚湾石化园区已经初具规模的石油化工产业基地现状,对以中国海油和中海壳牌为龙头的大炼油、大乙烯带动炼化一体化项目发展的设想构思,突出分析了石化园区建设炼油—乙烯—化工—精细化工产业基地的优势和重要性,延伸了产业链,拓宽了珠三角的石化市场,提升了园区核心竞争力。
