| 摘 要： | 分析了GB-201裂解气压缩机投用后润滑油发生严重泄漏的原因，认为浮环密封问隙增大、低压缸西侧浮环密封面被破坏、润滑油热交换器泄漏是漏油的主要原因。据此分析结果，对裂解气压缩机润滑油系统进行相应的处理，使漏油问题得到控制。

| Abstract: | Since the compressor of GB-201 start-up,lubricating oil is badly leaking,after modulated and intermediate treatment,the problem of leaking was controlled.One of the prime reasons is the clearance of oil film seal of compressor enlargement,another reason is the oil film seal on the west of low pressure cylinder of the compressor damaged.In addition,the leakage of the lubrication exchanger is an important reason. |
