埃洛石固载铂催化剂的制备、表征及活性

摘    要:用H_2O_2对天然纳米管状埃洛石进行纯化处理,用纯化后的埃洛石负载氯铂酸制得埃洛石固载铂催化剂。通过SEM,TEM,FTIR,BET,XPS等技术对纯化后的埃洛石及其固载铂催化剂进行了表征;探讨了埃洛石固载铂催化剂催化苯乙烯与四甲基二硅氧烷进行硅氢加成反应的活性。表征结果显示,纯化后的埃洛石呈现纳米管状结构,管体清晰,纳米管管长0.5~1.5μm,管外径90~190 nm,管内径10~20 nm,比表面积为51.83 m~2/g,孔体积为0.388 cm~3/g,平均孔径为30 nm;埃洛石固载铂催化剂中钠的粒径小于5 nm,铂金属的价态为+4价;与传统的均相Speier催化剂相比,埃洛石固载铂催化剂具有较高的催化活性。

Abstract:Natural nanotube halloysite was purified with hydrogen peroxide and used to prepare platinum catalysts by loading chloroplatinic acid on the purified halloysite.The purified halloysite and the catalysts were characterized by means of SEM,TEM,FTIR,BET and XPS.The catalytic activity of the halloysite supported platinum catalyst in the addition reaction of styrene and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane was investigated.The characterization results showed that nanotube structure of the purified halloysite was clear ...
