加热炉余热回收技术综述

摘    要:加热炉是炼油企业的主要耗能设备,采用烟气余热回收技术可以大幅降低加热炉排烟温度,提高加热炉热效率,对于炼油企业降本增效具有重要意义。从技术原理、技术特点、适用范围、节能效果等多方面,分析了目前炼油企业加热炉上常用的几种烟气余热回收技术:管式空气预热器、热管式空气预热器、水热媒空气预热器、管式—水热媒组合式空气预热器、板式空气预热器以及余热锅炉等。指出应根据生产实际的需要、节能效果分析等,针对不同排烟温度的加热炉采用不同的余热回收技术。
