| 摘 要： | 通过某石化公司炼油厂加热炉2008年度检修中发现的腐蚀问题,着重分析了加热炉设备的露点腐蚀状况及露点腐蚀温度的计算。同时指出,关于加热炉的露点腐蚀问题,采用保护涂层及增加衬里底层的不锈钢箔不失为一种值得尝试的方法。

| Abstract: | A serious corrosion was found on the wall plates of furnace of fractionator in the turnaround of the refinery in 2008.The dew point corrosion of furnace was analyzed and dew point temperature was calculated.The application of protection layer and installation of stainless steel foil for the prime layer of linings are effective measures worth commercial trial. |
