| Abstract: | Using scrubbing tower as an example,aiming at the technical specification the supply condition of normalization plus tempering after cold formation for the clad of stainless steel and the nickel alloy cladding steel plate was seriously required,while the anti corrosion would be destructed at σ exudation temperature(600～900 ℃) and sensitive temperature(300～840 ℃).The analysis on such clad plate supply condition,forming,welding and heat treatment was made to set up an ideal forming and heat treatment processing and the base material was insured to use normalization plus temper heat treatment and the clad solution treatment.The performances of the product conform to design requirement. |
