| 摘 要： | 在石化企业工程项目施工作业过程中,潜在着较大的危险危害因素,石化企业是高风险施工行业,既具有作业面狭窄、高处作业交叉集中、用火用电频繁的一般特征,又具备大型吊装等重大危险因素。由于作业中不可预见因素多、难度大,一旦安全管理不到位,极易发生事故。因此加强承包商安全管理,规范承包商安全行为,从源头上最大限度地降低和减少各类作业风险和事故的发生,是安全管理工作的重中之重。
