萃取剂加水对C_(10~14)异构烷烃和环烷烃相对挥发度的影响

摘    要:采用自制的汽液平衡装置,测定了溶剂油D60(主要成分为C10~14环烷烃和异构烷烃)中的异构烷烃与环烷烃的相对挥发度(α12),在加入环丁砜萃取剂或环丁砜-三甘醇复合萃取剂的条件下,考察了水对α12的影响。实验结果表明,在环丁砜萃取剂中加入质量分数为3%(以萃取剂和溶剂油D60总质量计)的水时,α12可提高0.020,达到1.668,汽液平衡温度降至190℃;在环丁砜-三甘醇复合萃取剂中加入质量分数为5%的水时,α12提高了0.037,达到1.779,汽液平衡温度降至170℃。

Abstract:The relative volatility(α12)of isoparaffins and naphthenes in the solvent naphtha D60 consisted of C10-14 naphthenes and isoparaffins was determined in a set of vapor-liquid equilibrium apparatus.The effect addition of water to sulfolane or sulfolane+triethylene glycol used as the entrainer on α12 was investigated.The result showed that α12 could increased by 0.020 to 1.668,and the vapor-liquid equilibrium temperature(Te) would drop to 190 ℃ after water with mass fraction 3%(based on total mass in the entrainer and solvent naphtha D60,the same below) was added into sulfolane.When water with mass fraction 5% was add into sulfolane+triethylene glycol,α12 increased by 0.037 to 1.779,and the Te dropped to 170 ℃.
