双回流动态累积间歇精馏分离正丙醇-异丙醇物系过渡馏分的研究

摘    要:在双回流动态累积间歇精馏实验装置中,以正丙醇-异丙醇为物系进行了间歇精馏实验,考察了操作时间对过渡馏分采出段塔顶馏出液中正丙醇和异丙醇的含量及塔顶温度、塔釜液正丙醇含量及塔釜温度的影响。实验结果表明,原料中异丙醇质量分数别为30%,50%,70%时,对应的过渡馏分采出段操作时间分别为38,46,57min;原料中异丙醇的含量越低,正丙醇回收率越高。在原料加入量为1L、加热功率为150W、原料中异丙醇质量分数为30%的条件下,回收得到的正丙醇质量分数可达到86.66%,此时正丙醇的回收率为67.57%,过渡馏分的量最少,操作时间最短。
