球形Ziegler-Natta催化剂制备过程与机理研究

摘    要:将球形Ziegler-Natta催化剂的制备过程划分为活性MgCl2的生成、内给电子体的负载和TiCl4高温处理3个主要阶段,对每阶段完成后得到的球形固体物的组成进行了分析,并采用XPS和XRD技术对试样进行了表征。实验结果表明,Ti中心在活性MgCl2生成的同时就负载到了MgCl2的不饱和晶面上,给电子体邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯负载到MgCl2载体上后,通过与MgCl2的结合影响Ti在催化剂中的含量和分布。构成球形MgCl2负载Ziegler-Natta催化剂制备过程的3个主要阶段可依次顺序进行,又可交叉叠加进行,但最终制得的球形催化剂的性能基本一致。

Abstract:The spherical Ziegler-Natta catalysts were prepared through a three-stage process,namely formation of activated MgCl2,load of internal donor and high-temperature treatment with TiCl4.The spherical solid products from the every stage were analyzed and characterized by means of XPS & XRD.The results showed that TiCl4 was loaded on the unsaturated crystal surface of the activated MgCl2 while it was formed.The Ti contents in the Ziegler-Natta catalysts and their distribution were influenced by combination of th...
