白坡引黄可行性研究与评价

京津冀地区水资源严重短缺,海河流域本身无力解决.近期引黄是解决京津冀地区及沿线水资源不足的可靠途径。本文首先分析了当前黄河流域水资源供需平衡状况提出了引黄调水适宜时段和近期调水规模。在此基础上进行了白坡调水路线和渠首枢纽方案的选择,最后对白坡调水的可行性提出了初步评价. 文章最后的结论是近期引黄水量是可靠的,技术上是可行的,经济上是合理的因此建议有关部门及早决策早日开工以满足京津及沿线地区工农业生产迅速发展和经济上翻两番的要求。
