| 摘 要： | 研究了钙离子和钠离子对造纸湿部及成纸性能的影响。研究结果表明,在不添加助剂的浆料中,金属离子使浆料滤水和留着性能提高;添加了阳离子淀粉、AKD、CPAM、硅溶胶等助剂后,金属离子会削弱浆料中功能助剂的性能,且影响浆料滤水和留着性能。钙离子对浆料的助留助滤性能的影响大于钠离子;金属离子同样影响AKD的施胶效果,钙离子对AKD施胶效果的降低作用大于钠离子;随着浆料中金属离子含量的增加,成纸的抗张强度和耐折度先增大后减小,且添加钙离子后抄成的纸张强度基本上都低于添加钠离子调节浆料至相同电导率时而抄成纸张的强度。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the different effects of calcium-ions and sodium-ions on wet end performance and properties of hand-sheets were investigated.The results showed that metal ions could enhance the retention and drainage ability of the pulp without any chemical aids.However when chemical aids such as cationic starch,AKD,CPAM,silica sol were added into the pulp,metal ions impaired the ability of the chemical aids and affected the retention and drainage ability of the furnish,the reduction of retention and drainage... |
