| 摘 要： | 水性聚氨酯(WPU)是近些年发展起来的一种新型表面施胶剂。通过预聚体法制得水性聚氨酯表面施胶剂,研究了n(NCO)∶n(OH)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)含量以及分子结构对WPU施胶纸张抗水性能、表面性能以及强度性能的影响。结果表明,WPU施胶纸的抗水性能大幅度提高,Cobb值是未施胶纸的25.8%;光泽度是未施胶纸的10倍以上;平滑度是未施胶纸的7倍;耐折度、抗张指数也有一定的提高。WPU是一种具有广阔应用前景的表面施胶剂。
