摘    要:桥式抓斗卸船机是散货码头装卸散货的重要设备,它能否正常运行直接影响散货码头的整个装卸过程。本文以上海罗泾散货码头的桥式抓斗卸船机为例,运用FMEA分析其自动作业中的故障和失效模式及其可能的影响,从而保障了自动化设计过程的可靠性。

Abstract:The bridge-type grabing machine for unloading ship is the major installation in the bulk cargo for picking up and unloading the bulk. Its normal operation has immediate influence to the bulk cargo. Taking the bridge-type grabing machine for unloading ship in Shanghai Luojing bulk cargo as an example, this article analyzes the breakdown, the failure mode and the possible influence using FMEA in the automatic design process, thus enhances the reliability of automatic process.
