| Abstract: | This paper retrospects the adjustment of Beijing Regulatory Detailed Planning and its status quo briefly. The focus is paid on the study of build- ing height index which involves two aspects: one is the establishment of the detailed criteria of building height index based on classification of building height and different grades of control; the other is the con- crete basis of classification and the administration. |
