纯电动汽车实时数据采集与显示系统的设计

摘    要:针对电动汽车的高电压、大电流特点,提出了一种基于STM32和CAN总线的实时数据采集与显示系统的设计方案,给出了系统硬件模块电路和软件设计。系统通过CAN总线网络与电机控制器和电池管理系统进行通讯,采用7.0寸TFT液晶屏为显示终端,触摸屏实现人机交互,利用UC/GUI系统做可视化界面,移植FatFs文件系统来保存信息。系统提供了一个简单友好的显示界面,从而使驾驶人员对车辆的运行情况有个直观的判断。

Abstract:Based on ting against high voltage STM32 and CAN bus, a real-time data acquisition and display and large current characteristics of electric car. This system in circuits and software design. The system communicated with motor controller and battery system was designed, direccluded the hardware module management system through the CAN bus network, using 7.0 inch TFT LCD screen for display terminals and touch screen for human-machine interaction. UC/GUI system was exploited as visual interface, and transplants FatFs file system was used to save the information. This design provided a friendly display interface, thus making the driving personnel an intuitionistic judgment on the operation of vehicles.
