摘    要:双向可控硅可在逆直流调速电路中代替两个反并联的可控硅,可以大大地简化电路,由于只有一个门极,正、负脉冲都能使它触发导通,故它的触发电路的设计比较灵活。

Abstract:Two way SCR can be used in invertible DC speed governing circuit to replace two SCRs in opposite parallel, thus dramatically simplifying that circuit. Since it has only one gate, and both positive and negative pulses can trigger it to conduct, the trigger circuit can be designed in a flexible way.
