探析建筑外墙保温工程的质量监督

目前我国建筑行业迅猛发展,人们对建筑节能、节能减排、建筑能耗等方面有更进一步的了解,生态环保逐渐深入人心,建设行政主管部门对建筑外墙保温工程的质量也加大了监督力度。但是,外墙保温工程的质量监督仍存在诸多问题,这些问题一旦被疏忽就很难保证建筑外墙保温工程的施工质量,这不仅会带来经济损失,制约着我国建筑行业的进一步发展,还将影响到人们的日常生活水平。该文结合当前建筑外墙保温工程施工中经常出现的质量问题,提出几点防治措施,对提高建筑工程外墙保温的施工质量有一定的指导作用。

Quality Supervision of Building Exterior Wall Insulation

Nowadays the construction industry has been rapidly developing, and people further understand construction energy saving, emission reduc-tion, construction energy consumption and eco-environment protection as well. The construction administrative department has also strengthened super-vision on exterior wall insulation. However, there are still many problems existing in exterior wall insulation engineering, and they will affect the con-struction quality once neglected, which not only cause economic loss, restraining the further development of Chinese construction industry, but also in-fluence people's daily life. This paper, combined with the frequent quality problems in current building exterior wall insulation engineering, proposes several prevention and treatment measures for reference.
