摘    要:国家在“十二五”期间,已经将“推动建筑产业化”列为十大重要任务之一,建筑产业化是建筑行业的一大趋势。为实现建筑产业化的大发展,需开拓新的思路,对建筑产业的各个环节进行梳理并合理优化,其中建材产业链的优化创新尤为重要。其中一条道路是,利用垃圾焚烧发电生成的固体副产物生产建材,进行资源综合利用,为建筑产业化提供新思路。该过程的固体副产物主要为垃圾焚烧炉渣和垃圾焚烧飞灰,可在水泥生产、混凝土骨料制作、制砖和路基材料上得以应用,该文将简单介绍。

Discussion on Optimization Way of Building Materials Industry under Construction Industrialization Background
Abstract:“Architectural industrialization”is set as one of the most important missions in the 12th five-year-plan,and it is also a trend of the construction industry. To achieve great development of architectural industrialization,it is necessary to develop creative solutions and optimize all sections of the con-struction industry, especially the building material industry chain. One of the ways is to produce the building material with solid wastes generated in the process of garbage incineration power generation. It is also the way of comprehensively utilizing resources, providing a new idea for architectural industri-alization. The main solid products are slag and fly ash, which can be used in cement production, concrete aggregate, brick production and roadbed materi-al and are introduced briefly in the paper.
