重庆国华天平大厦绿色超高层办公建筑设计实践

作为重庆首个绿色超高层三星级建筑,国华天平大厦从项目设计初期即对不同星级绿色建筑的技术体系进行技术经济可行性分析,确立了适宜的三星级绿色建筑技术体系,并一直贯穿项目的整个设计流程。该文重点对国华天平大厦绿色建筑的设计思路以及主要绿色建筑技术的应用进行阐述,为绿色超高层办公建筑在重庆地区的实施提供典型示范。

Design Practice for Green Super-High Office Building-A Case Study of Guohua Tianping Plaza in Chongqing

As the first green super-high office building of three stars in Chongqing, Guohua Tianping Plaza, the technical and economic feasibility of the technology system for various green buildings are analyzed at its initial design stage, so a technology system suitable for three-star green building is con-firmed and applied throughout the whole design process. This paper focuses on design thoughts and the main technological application of Guohua Tian-ping Plaza, a green building, in hope of offering some references.
