摘    要:工程物流是当代物流行业发展的新兴产物,区别于传统的产品供应物流,工程物流由于其具有"工程"的特性,往往以大型工程设施和机械设备作为物流对象。而其流动对象的特殊性、流动流转方式的独特性以及流动过程的严谨性等多个方面因素为工程物流带来极大的风险。因此,在工程物流管理过程中,规避风险,降低风险具有重大意义。要想实现这一目标,首先需要对工程物流风险进行深入的了解和判断,进行正确的评估分析。该文主要对工程物流存在的风险进行概述,并结合模糊综合评判法,建立了相应的模糊综合评价模型,希望能对工程物流风险分析带来帮助。

Risk Analyze of Project Logistics Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation
Abstract:Engineering Logistics is a new product born with the development of modern logistics industry. Different from the traditional product supply logistics, engineering logistics generally has large engineering facilities and machinery as its logistics objects for its"engineering"feature, but its flow objects brings great risk for factors like particular flow object, unique flow circulation mode and rigor flow processes. Therefore,it is of significance to reduce and avoid risks in the process of engineering logistics management. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to deeply understand and judge engineer-ing logistics risks and correctly evaluate and analyze it as well. This paper focuses on an overview of engineering logistics risk, and combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, establishes an appropriate fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. It is expected to offer some references for engineer-ing logistics risk analysis.
