| 摘 要： | 供应链管理成熟度是衡量供应链管理绩效的重要指标。文章将MICK-4FI资源运营模式引入供应链管理成熟度研究，从资源运营的角度给出了供应链管理成熟度的概念，提出了基于MICK-4FI资源运营模式的供应链管理成熟度模型，并设定了各成熟度阶段的评价指标。论文提出的成熟度模型为企业提高自身的资源运营能力从而获得竞争优势指明了路径和发展方向，具有一定的理论和实践指导意义。

| Abstract: | The Supply-Chain Management Maturity(SCM~(2)) is an important index to measure the performance of supply chain management.Combining MICK-4FI Resource Operation Model and the present research on SCM~(2),this paper gives a new concept of supply-chain management maturity(SCM~(2)) from the viewing point of resource operation.Based on MICK-4FI Resource Operation Model,a new supply-chain management maturity model(SCM~(2)M) and evaluating indexes of maturity stages are provided.This new SCM~(2)M makes a path,along which enterprise can advance its ability of resource operation,to gain core competence.This maturity model makes both academic and practical meaning. |
