摘    要:通过对Ti-O-N和Zr-O-N体系的热力学计算,绘制了Ti-Zr-O-N系的热力学参数状态图,根据Ti和ZrO2两相的稳定共存区确定了材料合成的热力学条件,采用常压烧结工艺制备了不同组分配比的Ti-ZrO2系金属陶瓷研究了组成配比的变化对材料性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明,随着Ti含量的增加,材料的相对密度和抗弯强度出现极小值,Ti含量在50%~75%(体积分数,下同)之间是材料的力学性能弱点区

Abstract:The co existing region of Ti and ZrO 2 has been determined by thermodynamic calculation to determine the synthesis conditions of this composite. Ti ZrO 2 system composites with different compositions sintered under ordinary pressure have been prepared by powder metallurgical method. The effects of titanium volume fraction on the density, the thermophysical properties and the microstructures of this composite have been studied carefully. The correlation between the microstructures and the corresponding properties were characterized by means of XRD, SEM, EDS, TEM and so on. The results of XRD and TEM show that the combining state of phases between Ti and ZrO 2 is physical in this composite. The phase composition consists of titanium, tetragonal zirconia and a little monoclinic zirconia.
