无石棉摩擦材料的干法成型研究

摘    要:介绍了丁苯橡胶改性酚醛树脂为基体,天然硅酸盐纤维、铜纤维等为填料的摩擦材料的干法成型工艺。确定了无石棉摩擦材料的主要配方、工艺流程和工艺条件。制造的无石棉杀车片的主要指标符合标准要求,经实地跑车试验表明,效果良好。该摩擦材料无毒,可作为石棉基刹车片的替代品。

Abstract:The dry moulding of the friction materials with the phenolic resin modified by the styrene-butadiene rubber as the matrix and the natural silicate fiber and copper fiber and so on as fillers is introduced.The principal composition and process line and process conditions of the asbestos-free friction materials are determined by experiments.The principal performance specification of the friction materials made by this way reach the National Standard.The tests on the road show better performance.As its non-poisonousness,the friction materials will be the replacement of the brake.it is of great significance in the automobile industry.
