茂名石化公司乙烯原料的优化

摘    要:从炼油化工一体化的角度,介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司(简称茂名石化公司)1.00Mt/a乙烯装置的原料优化情况;分析了各种乙烯原料的性质及其裂解性能,通过技术经济分析,对乙烯原料的优化提出了建议。茂名石化公司乙烯装置的实际运行结果表明,在进行乙烯原料优化后,乙烯收率大幅度提高,乙烯原料单耗和能耗降低,乙烯生产成本降低。通过规模效益对比和预算得出,以20.00Mt/a炼油能力配套1.00Mt/a乙烯装置是炼油化工一体化的最佳组合,可以使乙烯原料充分优化。

Optimization of Ethylene Feedstock of Maoming Petrochemical Company
Abstract:Taking cracking furnaces of 1.00 Mt/a ethylene capacity in Maoming Petrochemical Company as an origin,optimization of ethylene feedstocks was made from view points of technique and economy. Performances and characteristics of several ethylene feedstocks were analyzed. Technical economies were compared from standpoint of integrating of petroleum refining and chemical industry. Advices on optimization of ethylene feedstocks were put forward consequently. Production practice shows that after optimization of ethylene feedstocks,high ethylene yield has been obtained,consumptions of feedstock and energy have been reduced and ethylene production cost has been lowered. Through above investigation of technical economy for different scale plants,the combination of 20.00 Mt/a petroleum refining and 1.00 Mt/a ethylene installation would be optimal for integrated petroleum refining-chemical industry,and ethylene feedstock could be fully optimized.
