摘    要:对LY12硬铝合金进行了热处理工艺试验,获得了该合金热处理工艺与力学性能之间的关系。此外,该合金的过烧温度为502~503℃,为此,在生产中其淬火温度应控制在498℃±3℃。

Abstract:LY12 duralumin was heat treated on a trial basis and the variation of microstrncture and mechanical properties with heat treatment process was obtained. Besides, the duralumin will be burned at 502 - 503 ℃, and for this reason its solution treating temperatures should be controlled from 495 ℃ to 510 ℃ in production.
