斜发沸石化学再生的试验研究

摘    要:通过对斜发沸石的化学法再生试验研究,探讨了温度、pH值、再生液浓度及浸泡时间等因素对沸石再生的影响。针对味精废水,对饱和沸石再生条件的研究表明:浸泡时间越长,再生效果越好,在3h的浸泡条件下,采用摩尔比2:1的NaCl与NaOH混合液作为再生剂,再生效果最好。柱内再生和柱外再生效果相差不多,柱内再生液量用较大。

Abstract:The effects of temperature, pH, concentration of regenerators and soaking time on zeolite chemical regeneration were conducted in this paper. The regeneration conditions and the regeneration effects for saturated zeolites in treating MSG wastewater were investigated. The experimental results showed that the longer the soaking time was, the better regeneration performance was. The optimum regeneration conditions were obtained with socking time at 3 h, the molar ratio of NaCl and NaOH at 2:1. The results also indicated that the regeneration effect was similar in and out of the zeolite column, but a larger volume of regenerator was used for the former.
