镍奥氏体铸铁的制备及磨粒磨损性能

摘    要:针对高镍奥氏体铸铁成本居高不下的特点,通过加入价格低廉的Mn代替部分昂贵的Ni,并调整Cu、Cr、Si等元素含量,制备低镍奥氏体铸铁,并进行磨粒磨损试验对比研究。结果表明:所制备的低镍铸铁可使基体达到几乎完全的奥氏体组织,且石墨形态和高镍铸铁相近;镍铸铁的力学性能及组织结构成分对材料的耐磨粒磨损性能均有影响,其中硬度和强度越高的镍铸铁,其磨损性能越好;所制备的低镍片状石墨铸铁的耐磨损性能均接近或高于高镍铸铁。

Abstract:Based on the fact that application of the high-nickel austenitic cast iron results in the higher cost, the paper was to prepare the low-nickel austenitic cast iron by reducing the nickel content of the cast iron by replacing part of Ni element with the element of Mn and simultaneously controlling the ratio of the elements of Cu, Cr, Si, and to compare abrasive wear abrasive of nickel austenitic cast iron. The results were as follows: The matrix of the prepared low-nickel cast iron could be achieved almost entirely austenite and the graphite morphology was similar to high-nickel cast iron; the mechanical properties, composition and structure of nickel cast iron had influence on the abrasive wear properties. The higher hardness and strength of nickel cast iron, the better the wear performance; the wear resistances of low-nickel flake graphite cast irons were close to or higher than the high-nickel cast iron.
