摘    要:使用甲基丙烯酸-3-三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)对纳米TiO2粒子进行偶联处理,进一步通过细乳液聚合得到了内部包裹纳米TiO2粒子的核-壳型复合粒子。通过热重分析(TG)表征,表明纳米TiO2表面包覆约有9.13%-10.06%的KH-570。通过探讨乳化剂、助稳定剂用量与转化率的关系,结果显示:温度应控制在70℃,乳化剂用量为单体用量的2%,助稳定剂(HD)用量为单体用量的3%时,可以得到稳定的胶粒粒径分布较窄的细乳液。通过吸水率、拉伸强度和热重分析测试,表明纳米TiO2可以提高聚合物的耐水性、耐候性和拉伸强度。

NanO-TiO2/Acrylate Copolymer Compounded Emulsion Prepared by Means of Fine Emulsion Polymerization

Abstract:Nano-TiO2 particles were coupled with 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl meth- acrylate (KH-570) and core-shell compounded particles wrapping up nano-TiO2 particles were further obtained by way of fine emulsion polymerization. Encapsulating nano-TiO2 particle surface with about 9.13%-10.06% KH-570 was characterized by means of thermogravimetric analysis (TG). Exploration of relationship between contents of emulsifier, costabilizer and conversion rate showed that when emulsifier content was 2% of the monomer and coemulsifier (HD) was 3% of the monomer at a controlled temperature of 70℃, stable fine emulsion with narrow particle size distribution could be obtained. Tests on water absorption, tensile strength and thermal gravimetric analysis showed that nano-TiO2 could enhance water resistance, weatherability and tensile strength of the polymer.
