蓄热式加热炉的自动燃烧控制技术

摘    要:介绍蓄热式加热炉自动燃烧控制的关键技术及其应用,重点介绍蓄热式燃烧控制与常规控制相比的三个特点:烟气温度测量、自动换向控制、烟空比控制。生产情况表明:自动控制系统运行稳定,排烟温度低,达到了节能和环保的目的。

Abstract:Key technique and application of automatic combustion control for regenerative heating furnace is described. Compared with normal control, three characteristics of regenerative combustion control are emphatically introduced, i e smoke temperature measurement, automatic changeover control and smoke-air flow ratio control. Practical experiences show that automatic control system runs stably, exhaust smoke temperature is low, and energy saving and environment protection are realized.
