| Abstract: | The paper gives instruction to the understanding about the relevant knowledge of earthquake, geoelectro, ground stress, geomagnetism and other elements, particularly it introduces how to use the self-made electromagnetic instrument to test and to supervise the unnormal change of geoelectro, geomagnetism and ground stress, and discuss the earthquake forecast experiment. |
