射流搅拌发酵罐中循环液量气含率和气泡直径的研究

摘    要:本文测定了射流搅拌发酵罐中自由射流气泡区的气含率、气泡直径和液体循环量。研究了混合器、喷嘴尺寸、气速、清液层高度、液体粘度、表面张力对自由射流气泡区的液体循环量、气含率、气泡直径的影响。由理论分析及实验数据获得了液体循环量、气含率、气泡直径的的关联式。模型关联式与实验值吻合良好。

Abstract:Oxygen transfer rate is a limiting process in an aerobic bioreaction. Jet -stirred reactor is a new type reactor of high oxygen transfer rate and lower consumtion. ItsgOOd performance has been proved by industrial fermentation practice. This project studiesthe mechanism and basic parameters of gas dispersion, in the reactor such as the flow rate ofcirculating liquid, the bubble diameter, the gas holdup and the specific gas- liquid interfacial area, with water as a liqUid phase and air as a gas - phase. The correlation of VL in in thejet bubbling section was derived, The obtained correlation agree well with measured values.
