连铸法制备银基真空焊料的研究

介绍了一种适合于银及银合金材料生产的精密连铸技术及设备、该设备具有精密、小型、可实现真空及保护气氛熔炼，铸造等特点，特别适合于液态氧化吸气严重、含有挥发烧损组元及高纯度要求的贵金属合金材料制备加工。采用该连铸技术生产的电真空及Ag-28Cu焊料的清洁度、溅散性可达到一级。

Study on Silver-Based Vacuum Welding Filler Metals by Continuous Casting

A precious continuous casting technique and equipment suitable for the production of Ag and its alloys are discribed in this paper. The equipment possesses the advantages of precision, miniaturization, vacuum or gass protective melting and casting, especially suitable for producing the precious metals demanding high purity, containing easily volatile components and severely oxidized owing to gass absorption under molten state.The purity and spray of Ag 28 Cu filler produced using the continuous casting technique can reach the first level.
