FSAE赛车制动性能仿真与优化

摘    要:赛车性能应满足FSAE有关制动规定,ECE制动法规以及GB12676-1999给出的汽车制动要求。为提高整车制动性能,增加系统的稳定性,通过对大学生FSAE赛车在制动时的受力分析,首先结合经验确定了制动力分配比初值。明确制动力分配比的约束条件,建立了最佳制动力分配比优化数学模型,利用MATLAB优化工具箱对其进行优化仿真。得到大学生FSAE赛车最佳制动力分配比为0.61及相应的制动性能指标。可直接判断赛车制动性能能否满足制动法规要求。仿真结果证明,满足系统要求,对赛车制动系统的设计有一定的指导意义。
