摘    要:建立合金化炉保温段内空气流动与热交换的物理与数学模型,利用Fluent软件,采用标准κ-ε湍流模型,对合金化炉保温段内气体流场和温度场的分布进行数值模拟研究.经分析知模拟结果与实际情况较吻合,此方法对了解和控制合金化炉内的温度分布具有指导意义.

Abstract:The physical and mathematical models for the flow and heat transfer inside a galvannealing furnace were established.Using a standard k-ε turbulence model,the flow field and temperature field distribution in the heat preservation of a galvannealing furnace were simulated with Fluent software.The simulation result accords with practice.This kind of method plays a guiding role to understand and control the temperature distribution in alloying furnace.
