沉降控制理论在高层房屋加层中的应用

摘    要:根据高层建筑桩箱(筏)基础与地基共同作用理论及实践的结果,提出高层建筑桩箱(筏)基础变形控制设计理论,并用于桩基础的设计.尚未见这种设计理论,用于超过18层的高层建筑桩基础的设计.通过变形控制,可以对常规强度设计的高层建筑,进行房屋加层、减少桩数或缩短桩长的优化.文中还介绍该方法在上海九洲花苑设计中的应用.

Abstract:According to the results obtained from the theory and the practice of interaction of piled box (raft) foundation and soil un- der tall building, a control settlement theory for pile foundation design is proposed. So far, to authors' knowledge, the appli- cation of control settlement theory to design piles for a building over eighteen storeys is not worked out in China. This theory can be applied to add storeys to a tall buiding, to short a pile length, and to decrease a number of piles for the conventional strength design method. Finally, a application of this theory to add storeys to a tall building of 24 storeys (Jiu Zhou Garden) is presented.
