抗盐性淀粉接枝高吸水性树脂的结构与性能研究

摘    要:以硝酸铈铵作引发剂,N,N 亚甲基 双丙烯酰胺(MBAA)作交联剂,采用玉米淀粉与丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸在水溶液中接枝共聚,合成了高吸水性树脂。该高吸水性树脂的交联键为C—N键,具有较高的热稳定性,长期使用温O等极性基团,亲水性强,度可达70℃。高吸水性树脂中含有—OH、—COOH、—COO—、—NH2、—NH—、C对水分子具有很强的包络作用。引入大量的非离子性亲水基团———酰胺基,从而该高吸水树脂的抗盐的能力在相同的盐浓度下提高2.5~5倍。实验还得出该超强吸水性树脂的保水性能也非常优越。

Abstract:In this paper,the supper water absorption resin was synthesized,which starch,acrylamide and acrylic acid were grafting copolymerization in water.Using (NH_4)_2Ce(NO_3)_6 as initiator and N,N-methylene-bis acrylamide as cross linking agent.Its temperature may up to 70 ℃ when it was used continuously,for the cross bound C-N of it have higher thermal stability.It contained -OH (-COOH-)-COO-NH_2-NH- COpolar group,and thus its hydrophivicity is strong and bundled water molecule strongly.The non-ion hydrophile ground -NH_2 was used extensivlg,so (it's) salt resistance ability increased by 2.5~5 times in same salt solution,and also has good performance of keeping water.
