老式重型铁板给矿机的改进

分析老式重型铁板给矿机存在问题的原因,提出切实可行的改造思路及其措施。根据原机多年的使用情况,在原2400mm×12000mm重型铁板给矿机的基础上改为BG2400板式给矿机,采用链轨牵引,多齿链轮驱动,搭接式输送板送料,解决了原机存在的问题。改造后铁板给矿机平稳运行多年,链条、输送链板和托轮至今未进行更换,链条未发生拉断事故,每年节约备件费用15万元以上。

The article analyzes cause of existing problem in old heavy iron plate feeder,puts forward feasible modification idea and measures. Based on operation condition of original machine for many years,changes into BG2400 plate feeder on the basis of 2400 mm×12000 mm heavy iron plate feeder,adopts caterpillar traction,multi-tooth sprocket driving,lapped conveying board feeding,solves existing problem of original machine. After the modification,has not replaced chain,transportation chain plate and bracket wheel until now,has not occurred chain tensile failure,saves spare parts cost more than 150,000 yuan.
