| 摘 要： | 民办高等教育是我国高等教育事业的组成部分。树立21世纪的民办高等教育发展观，是民办高等教育可持续发展的前提；优化政策制度环境，是民办高等教育可持续发展的基础；优化校内运行机制，形成自我发展的生机与活力，是民办高等教育可持续发展的关键；以充分发展为前提，正确处理好规模、速度、质量和效益的关系，是实现民办高等教育可持续发展的保证。

| Abstract: | The civilian-run higher education is a part of the cause of higher education in our country It is the premise to the sustamable development of the higher education.in establishing the new development ideas of the 21 st century education What is basic for the sustainable development is perfecting the environment of policies concerned.It is the key perfecting the running system inside and forming the vim and vigor of itself It is essential for the sustainable deoelopment of civilian-run higher education to perfect the inner running system and henceforth result in vim and vigor of self-development It is the guarantee for the sustainable development of civilian-run higher education to maintain a reasonable balance among scale,speed,quality and profits |
