| Abstract: | The paper discusses the difference method of solving the 4th ordered elliptic partial dif-ferential equations and its application to the design of blending and free form surfaces. Also,studied is,via some samples,the modification of surface shapes by varying the boundary con-ditions,Results show that the method is feasible in free form surface design. |
