改性累托石吸附水溶液中苯酚的研究

摘    要:用十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵3种表面活性剂改性天然粘土累托石,分别制备出有机改性累托石:1227-REC、1631-REC和1831-REC,用其对水溶液中的苯酚进行吸附研究,通过X-射线衍射、吸附热力学模型和吸附等温线,分别研究了3种改性累托石的结构、吸附反应的可行性和吸附能力.结果表明:有机改性累托石1227-REC、1631-REC、1831-REC的层间距分别为3.oo,3.25,4.09nm,均较原土层间距2.22nm有较大提高;相同吸附条件下,低平衡浓度时,1631-REC吸附效果最好,1831-REC次之,1227-REC再次之;高平衡浓度时,1831-REC的吸附效果最好,1631-REC次之,1227-REC再次之。

Abstract:The natural rectorite(REC) was modified with dodecyl benzyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(1227), hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(1631) and octadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(1831) respectively. Then we prepared three kinds of organic-modified rectorite: 1227-REC, 1631-REC, 1831-REC which were used as adsorbents to adsorb phenol from water. With X-ray diffraction, thermodynamics model of adsorption and adsorption isotherms, we studied the structure of the three organic-modified rectorites, analyzed the feasibility of adsorption and the adsorption capacity of three adsorbents for phenol from water respectively. The results indicated that the interlayer spacings of 1227-REC, 1631-REC and 1831-REC were 3.0026, 3.2454, 4.0867nm respectively, and increased obviously compared with that of original rectorite 2.22nm. Under the same condition, when the balanced concentration was low, the adsorption capacity of 1631-REC was the largest and 1831-REC took the second, 1227-REC was the smallest; when the concentration was high, the first adsorption capacity was 1831-REC, the second was 1631-REC, the third 1227-REC.
