锡槽中玻璃带收放量的计算

摘    要:分析表明,生产同一厚度玻璃,在成形条件相同时,表面张力与玻璃纵向拉引产生的横向收缩对末对拉边机后玻璃带收缩率的影响不大。以5mm玻板为模式,导出锡槽中拉边机之杆放(收)量和拉边机后收缩率的计算公式。实验表明,计算值与实际值吻合较好,能较好指导生产。

Abstract:The analysis shows that when same thick glass sheet is produced in same forming conditions,the transverse shrinkage stress caused by surface tension and longitudinal dragging has little effects on shrinkage of glass ribbon behind the last pair of top rollers.Taking the 5mm thick sheet glass as example,a formula for calculating the shrinkage allowance of bar of top rollers has been deduced.It has been verified in practice that the calculating values are well fitted to actual values.This means that the formula can be used for guiding real production.
