钻井液用降滤失剂HY的合成与性能评价

摘    要:以滤失量为指标,用正交设计试验方法确定了合成高粘度改性淀粉HY的最佳合成条件.在最佳条件下合成的高粘度改性淀粉,当在淡水泥浆中的加量为3g/L时,就可使泥浆的滤失水降低到7mL以下,表观粘度达到15mPa·s以上.在饱和盐水泥浆中.与其他降失水剂相比较,HY提高切力及动塑比值的效果更好,且随加量增大,效果越明显,配成的钻井液携带和悬浮性能与其他改性淀粉相比较效果更好.

Abstract:By setting the filtration rate as target,the optimum synthesis conditions which composite high viscosity modified amylum is established with the approach of orthogonal experiment.When the addition is 3g/L in fresh mud for produce of the best synthesis-condition,the filtration rate of mud can be declined to 7mL,and the apparent viscosity is above 15mPa s.In the saturated saltwater mud,the HY fluid loss agent has better effect on raising shearing force,and the agent can be obtained much better effect if the a...
